Eide was created in 1995; during its first years it worked at ITC activities and after a management change in 2001, it specialized in the sale of domestic and international call traffic. At the beginning it was addressed to the Phone Centers market, then it focused on the consumer and business one, too.
In 2003 it became a partner of Telecom Italia S.p.a., the main telecommunications operator in Italy; appealing to its high level of quality and reliability, in the following years it has been working at spreading and marketing its service and products all over the domestic country.
Since 2008 it has been adding to the offers of traditional traffic (BEST WAY and BEST WAY 2), the Voip technology, which opens new market schemes.
The latest period is marked by an expansion and a consolidation of its organization. By getting a strong experience in this field, thanks to its qualified team, it improves its inclination to analyze the customer needs and to find the best solutions out. It also contributes with its partner to the development and testing of new services to widen the offer.
